Shipping and Refunds

Refunds:  We have a strict no refund policy. Due to the nature and cost of creating our products. Please contact customer service to make sure you are getting the right product for you. 

Shipping: All items are shipped  or available for pick up within 3-5 days of your order. If shipping please allow an 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Once shipped we are not responsible for the shipping company, but insurance is provided for all packages and if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged you are responsible for filing the claim with the tracking information provided.
